My front teeth is coming outwards only one teeth of upper alignment. It looks really bad whenever I smile or someone notices my teeth. Is there any way I can get it aligned without braces.

Dear Sir, It seems that only one tooth in your upper front jaw is growing outwards. You must visit your dentist and get a check up done. If you absolutely do not want to get braces treatment done, then you can ask your dentist if your teeth can be brought back to alignment with the help of removable appliance or prosthetics.
