Your problem seems to be supra eruption of upper front teeth which must be evaluated by a dental xray and related diagnosis (due to developing diastema, periodontistis, abscess, cyst or tumors etc.). Removal of the tooth is not the best treatment and not advised at all since there are plenty of treatment options available (enameloplasty, composites, componeers, RCT, crowns, etc. Depending upon diagnosis), tooth removal will be last resort to overcome your problem. Please don't hesitate to visit a nearby dentist.
Dear Lybrate user,
you need extraction of your extra teeth. Of after extraction there will be created space in between your teeth then you will need fix orthodontic treatment also for maintain your teeth alignment and take your perfect smile.
You can go for clear braces if your teeth conditions permits. Otherwise braces are safer and permanent solution. If your problem is less severe, correction can be done in less than 6 months. No other substitute.
As your age is 16 there is no chance for eruption. You should visit to a dentist as soon as possible so that your dentist will explain the procedure of implant and bridge as well. You can go for any of the option.
