To reduce fat from your arms you need to do exercise for arms with dumbles and to reduce fat from your stomach start doing yoga, stretching, crunches etc. In diet you need to avoid food which are refined cereals like maida, sooji, pastas, noodles, all junk foods oily and fried foods. Have small and frequent meals. Avoid juices and carbonated drinks. You can have a glass of tonned milk with wheat flakes or oats.

Do exercises which utilize arm muscles activity like Dumble exercises. Take plenty of water every day. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely.
