Sir I am too skinny please help me I eat lot of food but still skinny what should I do?

Start doing exercises which will strengthen your body like stretching, yoga (surya namaskar) deep breathing exercises or you can also join gym. Apart from physical activities you need to follow a good diet plan which include good amount of protein and carbs. IF you are non-vegetarian you can include egg in your diet almost on daily basis or paneer, tofu, soya are good options for vegetarians. Include shakes in your diet like mango shakes, banana shakes etc Team Nutrihealth.
