I am very slim and want to gain weight. I eat well still not gaining weight. Please help.

You need to have well balanced diet. Include proteins in your diet if you are vegetarian then include paneer, tofu, soya, green leafy vegetables and if you are non vegetarian then you can have boiled egg on daily basis you need to also include shakes (mango, banana. Do not skip any of your meals and try to have food in every 2 hrs. Team Nutrihealth.
