My legs are so skinny. And upper body is too much healthy. So what should I do to make my legs fat. But I can not feel any pain in my legs. I can run 1.5 miles.

It is your physical Constitution and should not cause any harm. But in case you don't like it then You can do area specific excercises. Excercise like running, squats will cause your leg muscle hypertrophy and will bring a shape to the contour of your legs. My personal advise is not to take any medication for that.
