Dear following diet alone may not help you completely to loose weight as to reduce fat from your body you need increase BMR which can be increased by doing physical activities like running, swimming, yoga, stretching etc. In your diet try to incorporate food which will not increase your weight like by choosing healthy options tonned milk + wheat flakes, egg white, oats etc. Restrict junk food, avoid eating fried food.
