Gas formation after eating anything. After breakfast it feels like something fills in my head, anxiety and sleepiness. The dinner has the same effect but it attacks after few minute. And after these symptoms attacks on me I have left eating dinner and taking only lite food. The quantity of tea is decreased to few sips. It is affecting me for years. Taking "Triphala" for six months decreases these symptoms but to some extent. Please help me.

Gas formation could be due to indigestion . Eating heavy meals, lot of sugary foods, pulses etc cause gas formation. First, i would suggest you to check the above things along with a cup of probiotic curd in lunch and dinner. Have a teaspoon of Apple cider vinegar unfiltered diluted with luke warm water before going to sleep. This should help you get relief from the symptoms.
