Hi sir my ne is suresh I am 24y old my problem is my weight. I want to gain my weight please give me a rite diet and food caring what type of food I need to take.

You should take small and frequent meal, Include combination of protein and carbohydrate in your diet. Take milk and milk product, egg, chicken, all beans, soy and its product, sprouts. Take fruit shakes, include 1 fistful dry fruits in your diet (3-4 almonds + 1 Walnut + 2-3 Dates + 4-5 raisins 2-3 cashewnut).In lunch have multigrain roti + 1bowl dal /palak paneer/ egg white bhurji + 1bowl salad. Evening have fruits shake/lassi/badam shake Dinner: 1-2 paneer stuffed roti/1-2 multigrain roti+ 1bowl dal+ 1bowl salad. Exercises To Gain Weight and Get Enough Sleep And Very Important Keep Yourself Motivated.
