I am a 17 year boy. But I am overweighted (79 kg). My daily schedule (college student) Mon- Fri is 9-3 at college then rest of the time at home. After that I sleep for about 2 hours and self study till max 1 am. Then I wake Up 7: 30 at morning. And the process continues. I know I don't eat too much and completely avoids Junk Food. Also I cannot disturb my study time. What should I do to reduce weight gradually? I want It to bring to normal weight. Please help.

Hello lybrate-user, you have to make changes in your dietary pattern like drink plenty of water (8-10 glasses), consume high fiber (broccoli, lentils, bran flakes, oatmeal) and protein rich food, eat more fruits (papaya, apples, strawbeeries,) and green vegetables. Do brisk walking atleast 20-30 mins in a whole day. As you are not eating too much but your lifestyle is totally different, so you have to make time for yourself to remain fit and healthy.
