I am iit aspirant 2018 I get so much of sleepiness after studying for long hours. When study for 8 hours daily then I getting sleepiness while studying.

Please Do meditation regularly Do pranayam and yoga daily Take salads and fruits more Avoid oily spicy and fast food, non veg food, processed food, rice Whenever you feel sleepy, go for walk.
