Exercise daily..walk or jogg daily,,it will increase ur metabolic rate soo ur body demand will increase..have soo much proteins in ur diet..hv nuts in ur diet,,take boiled chicpeas..take lots of water,take green veggies...take fruits..take eggs daily..add some butter in ur food...have a healthy diet and lots of fibre with exercise will definitely works fr u.
