I have a desk job in the last 2 years my weight has gone up from 75 kg to 85 kg. I want to lose weight .please help me.

hello dream kumar, you have gained a lot so its better to take good dietary plan and also try to walk at least 20 mins in a day. to lose weight you have to take low calorie food , include green vegetables and fruits like apple, papaya, strawberries ,peaches and plums. try to control on fried and junks foods. take plenty of water also. take fibre rich food to lose water retention from your body it will really helps to lose weight also
