After my clz hrs I drink one cup tea and sometimes biscuit. At 7 I used to hav curry and at usually 9 or 10 I used to have beaten rice mixed with noodles nd chips lyk jhalmuri. And I usually sleep at 12 am. Does this midnyt snack is not allowing me to help for weight loss Thank you.

Your breakfast and mid morning option is good but in lunch you should take something like you can take 1-2 ragi / oat flour chapati + 1 bowl Veg + salad or you can take 1 bowl veg daliya + salad or veg stuffed besan cheela with salad and in evening tea time you can take 1 fistful roasted chana or any roasted snacks. Take your dinner lighter and as soon as possible, try to complete your dinner at 8- 8: 30. Don't take any thing after that if you want to take something then you can take 1 cup jasmine tea. Avoid every kind of process, packaged products. Go for exercise.
