If you feel weak exhausted then only there is need of weight gain. You should work out 20 min in morning and 20 min evening if possible. Do surya namaskar, yoga and meditation for overall fitness. Take oat, cereals,pulses, boiled vegetables, corn flakes, sprouted beans in your diet. Take ginger lemon tea or green tea in morning.
