Sir or mam. When I am so angry at extreme level my body tremble at that time I don't know why. This is also happens to my father. Can you please suggest something so that I am free from this.

This could be a genetic condition, if it happens to you and your father. You need to practice some breathing exercises right when you feel angry. When ever you feel too angry about something, before you react, just take six to ten deep breaths for 10 minutes. Practice this technique for 15 days and you will see a change.
