Hello dear as you said that you are preparing for your neet exam plus you have obes problem. You can do certain small small things first you need to take breaks in between your study time and take 15 mintues break approx And try to drink 10-12 glass of water each day thats make you feel fresh n reenergies and go for walk in the morning for half an hour and try to go for walk after dinner as well and try to listen to some soft music on the evening. It is just a exam anxiety which you are facing just now. These tips I hope will help you to over come this.
