Is there any way to stop masturbation addiction. I live a sedentary life no exercise, even doesn't get out of home for a few weeks. Keep sitting all time, either study or look porn and masturbate. This routine is from 5 years and addiction is from 6 years, do masturbate every day from 6 years. I am boy of 21 years age. Pls help now I am failing every time whenever tried to stop.
