R.I Have Injured My Heel While Playing Cricket
Actually When I Am Running Suddenly After 5 Minutes Its Start Paining Slowly. So What To Do To Reduce My Pain And Getting My Heel Normal
When I Put My Heel On The Ground Or When The Pressure Comes In The Heel .It Paining please Suggest The Home Remedies. Plz.
Apply ice pack locally every 2 hrly for 10 min.
Rest with foot end raised.
Apply pain ointment and crepe bandage.
