Hi how can we increase our liver capacity and how can increase protein in our body to gain weight.

Take 'Organic India's LKC " 1 tab. mornig + 1 tab evening for 1 month. It will improve your Liver strength. Along this, avoid all those things that strains liver, like Alcohol, White flour products, Drugs, Processed foods etc. To increase muscle percentage of our body, Do simple exercise for 20 minutes ( like jogging, streaching) and after 30 minutes take some good protein source, like soaked seeds/ dry fruits, sprouts, cheese, Badam milk, Sprouts, Soya milk , eggs.
