I want to gain weight very rapidly or in a month or max two. I am 64 kgs where as my height is 6 feet. I want to make it some where 75 to 80 kgs. Please tell what I can consumer for rapidly weight gain. I do gym and swimming. Every alternate day I masturbate also. Please advise.

Add more calorie dense foods like eggs whites, banana and honey to your diet. Make sure you consume protein sources like eggs, pulses, chicken or fish or paneer in each meal of yours which should be every 2 hourly. Emphasize more on strength training.
