Me and my husband planning for baby. But on recent checkup we come to know, I have PCOD (polycystic syndrome ovaries) problem and in semen test of my husband we knows his sperm count is null. Please, suggest me what kind of treatment and medicine we should have to take. Please help me out from this trouble.

Please note you can repeat your husband's semen analysis from another lab also, if that report also says azoospermia, then you have to go for surgical extraction of sperms (TESA/ PESA. Regarding Pcod it is sometimes genetic also, so do not worry. With Pcos there is anovulation or delayed anovulation so we need to give medicines for ovulation. Have you done your hormonal tests like Serum prolactin, Serum TSH and Serum Fasting Insulin Levels.
