M increasing my weight day by day. M nt able to reduce it. M nt able to follow a proper diet as m working in not shift. please help me for a night shift diet as I sleep in day tym. I want to reduce weight as early as possible. please help me.

hello, working by night and sleeping by day may slow down the body's metabolism . reason behind is food choices and lack of exercise. its very important to bring some change in your diet , get plenty of water and fiber from foods like fruits and vegetables, whole grains and beans, as they are good for apetite suppresion. wise food choices and regular exercise are compulsory for night shift workers
