I Subrahmanyam having sugar from last 2 years onwards my age is 51 having sugar before fasting 160 after fasting 210 can you please suggest me tablets.

If you are following the advice of your doctor on diet strictly and exercise like walking for about 40 minutes daily the above readings suggest review of medication on consulting your doctor, possibly additional tablets or Insulin Injection depending on HbA1c Report. No point in unnecessary opposing Injection if advised by your doctor.

I have seen the details, which show you have a very high fasting glucose. And even PP is also high. There is no mention of HbA1c%, which would have given a better idea of how is the long term control. To suggest treatment I will have to know current treatment, dietary pattern and extent of daily exercise. Plus in this communication we are supposed to give only general guidelines, no prescriptions.
