Gum infection can recure if oral hygiene is not proper. Only brushing is not the only criteria. Plaque or tarter deposites can recure too. First of all do not continue with any medicated paste for very long. ( Do you take pain killers even if you are not in pain). Now coming to your original problem. If you are having bleeding gums after a few months even after visiting the dentist that means you are not brushing properly and the deposits are coming again and again. The way you brush is more important than the number of times you brush. Twice daily is compulsory though. Ask your dentist to give you a proper tutorial on brushing on a model that will help you. Get your teeth cleaned once again and follow proper brushing method followed by gingival massage, you will be just fine.
