Hi, as it's ramzan month, i'm confused about meal. What should be taken at iftaar time and what should be taken at sehri time? please help me.

asalamalaikum, you should continue with your normal diet in sehr what you usually have for lunch and dinner usually as per your wish,avoid over eating,give yourself plenty of time to eat and be relaxed dont be in hurry. at the time of iftar be cautious because its loaded with fried food and junk food instead have varities of fruits that will enrich you with various needed vitamins, drink plenty of fluids altleast 3 liters per day. if you want to discuss in further detail, if you have reflux or acidity or any other problem you can consult me in private i will try and help you in better way, take care, regards thank you
