I am losing hair and it become white also I tried all shampoo but it is not working.

Cause of premature greying of hair 1. Heredity, stress/Anxiety, lack of vitamn B/c, cu,Fe, iodine 2.unclean condition of scalp,washing hair with hot water,use of hair dyes, drying hair with electric dryer Treatment- 1.Dye your hair,use Emu oil shampoo (grey hair shampoo) containing omega 3 Fatty acid ,2.Take diet rich in omega 3 fatty acid,B12, Folic acid 3.Avoid soft drink/pastries,jam,jelly,white flour(maida),refined sugar, 4.Reduce stress/quit smoking, take balanced diet,fruits, green leafy vgetable, 5.Do daily exercise, have adequate sleep, positive youthful attitude, 6.massage scalp for 15 minutes daily with almond oil/coconut oil with lemon
