I am 25 year old. I have a pregnancy at 4 month and the same time my hemoglobin is 7.4 and my absag report found positive. What should be do every doctor suggest don't worry about hepatitis and he checked my LFT .in LFT our SGOT is 45 and SGPT IS 41 what should be do. Any difficulty for my child or me please give me a best suggestion.

You can take homoeopathic treatment for liver problem. It can be safely taken during pregnancy. Your Hb level is very low. It is very important to have a good hemoglobin content to ensure a healthy foetus. Please take your iron supplements regularly. Also take roasted Chana, black Chana sprouts, anar,beetroot, spinach and other green leafy vegetables as available, dates ,Gur etc if you are a non vegetarian, take chicken but steamed or roasted and not fried.
