My hair are falling and greying rapidly probably because of the significantly hard water we get at home. What do I need to do to maintain my hair such that the damage is minimal?

Hair fall may occur due to coexisting medical problems like anemia, hormonal problems etc Put badam oil 2 hours before headbath and use mild shampoo while doing headbath If problem persists visit nearby Dermatologist.
