Toxins entry or Detoxification is a subject which has no clear answers. Toxins build up in body over a long duration hence it will take a long period to detoxify. Also our body has inbuilt systems to detox automatically. Hence there are no easy answers about 'Detoxification'.However some natural food items which are said to be good at body detox are - Lime juice, Lauki juice, Pomegranate juice and Beetroot juice. Only point to be noted is that even if detox happens it takes longish periods of time, maybe months. That too presuming that no more toxins are ingested during this period. Hence if you want to start weight loss. Then Do not wait for detox. Start your weight loss program now. It has no relation to Detoxification.

Hello, A good balanced diet plan by a diet expert will ensure healthy weight loss through detoxification. The level of detox diet recommended,varies from person to person. It is prescribed on the basis of the calories burned,total weight loss achieved,weight loss plateau etc. A detox diet cannot be generic as it can simply can make you weak and should be planned well by a nutrition expert.
