For the past 14 days my stool is coming out black / reddish type. It has a red appearance. But it is not like the colour of blood. I believe it is not blood stool. But it is black and something reddish. Only the first part of the stool is coming out black. I mean the first hard part of the stool is black but not the entire stool. First 4 inches of the hard stool is black but later the entire stool is yellow the normal type. I had been suffering Irritable Bowel Syndrome since 3 years. I have to potty twice in the morning. Sometimes thrice. I drink 3 glass water in 8 am then go to potty. It takes 45 min. Then breakfast 9 am and within 2 min again I go to potty. I also suffers frequent urination 16 times a day since age 15. I drink 3-3.5 lit water daily. I am 26. My whole abdomen is paining since 100 days. In ultrasound a 4.9 mm right kidney stone found. I can not tolerate the pain. Since 100 days all day long I was sitting on a chair because of pain. I can not lean forward or bend, can not work, can not sit on the floor, can not walk a small distance because it increases my pain. If I lie on the bed then the pain decreases. I consulted 4 doctors but they all think I have anxiety nothing else. But my pain speak itself that I am in deep trouble. My future will be spoiled if every doctor take my pain for granted. They do so because all my reports BP, RBS, thyroid, x-ray, are ok. My urine has no infection. But a little mucus in my stool. It is of different in shape i.e. Hard, jelly and sometimes liquid. If I die, what do they care? It does not matter to them if I live or not.

Hi. It seems to b a problem of IBS. Any black stools are due to blood only. I think your IBS is accompanied by peptic ulcer disease also. You need few investigations, medications and precautions. - avoid stress and anxiety, sleep properly - eat food on proper time and avoid heavy meals at lunch and dinner - eat food with high fibre content - avoid alcohol, tobacco, smoking etc -avoid spicy and outside food you may require a endoscopy, colonoscopy and some blood tests. For medications and investigations you can consult online. Thanks.
