If he is having high blood pressure, some heart problems or eye problems, then taking these medicines is harmful. These medicines can enhance erection but they do not help to prolong sex. If he performs sex everytime after medicines, he will loose the confidence for natural erection and will always be sort of dependent on pills.

Regular use of vigora or manforce is not good for health. He can take it sometimes that is once or twice a week. These pills increase erection of penis and are not for increasing sex time. He can take half an hour before sex.
