After tooth brushing a thin jelly like mucous membrane peeling off from side wall of the mouth. But no pain or damage. Can I know why? and is it normal?

This could be due you food burn, which could have happened when you eat very hot or spicy food, which after few days peels off, if so its normal. The burnt tissue will get replaced by new tissue within 1 week. Another scenario is due to fungal infection which can be even candidiasis.
