Cramps can be due to gastric. Women do feel crampy and it's difficult to differentiate between the two pains. Take care. Get an ultrasound done though it doesn't tell anything about uterine pains causing cramps but it does reassure about developing baby. Ask your doctor and take a course of safe antibiotics like ampicillin and antiparasitic agent like metrogyl that doesn't cross the placenta to affect the growing baby. Watch out for symptoms like spotting. Restful life till doubts are cleared if reason is gastric or renal like urine infections, you will be happy. Otherwise may be some progesterone hormone supplements may be needed to enhance the growth of baby and reducing the risk of miscarriage. Good luck feel free to clarify any doubt.
