Hello sir/mam, I am a architect & was surrounded with stress, anxiety, social phobia, panic earlier. Now does not have any above problem.& may b this is d reason for severe insomnia from last 1 year & it is continuing & going worse than worser. I feel too much sunken eyes, grey hair, body going slimmer however I hv a athletic body & fit in all aspects & due to all that I feel bad.& feel sleepy & tired & can not give my full output in my office. Kindly give a suitable advice. I almost cover all allopathy, ayurvedic, unani treatment. Bt no gd results.

Dear user. The following are the medical conditions that can cause INSOMNIA : Nasal/sinus allergies. Gastrointestinal problems such as reflux. Endocrine problems such as hyperthyroidism. Arthritis. Asthma. Neurological conditions such as Parkinson's disease. Chronic pain. Low back pain. Other than these, stress, anxiety, depression, obsession, lack of exercises etc can also cause insomnia.
