I am male 48 years, I lost 8 kgs in last 11 months by Running and exercise at gym. But from last 3 months I am trying hard but not loosing even in grams, doing exercise at gym approx 90 min, 30 min weight training and 45 min cardio. Taking Isopure make protein 35gms in a day after exercise. Not eating Rice, sugar and oil fried foods. Morning 5.30 AM 02 glass of warm water, 2 brown bread slice in breakfast with honey toping, 11 AM 02No. High fiber biscuits / fruit. 1.00 PM 01 chapati and Daal or spicy. 3.pm Green tea with 2 biscuits and evening taking dinner 2 chapati, dal and spicy with salad around 7.30 to 8.00 pm and before going bad at 10 pm 01 cup of Milk with Honey. Kindly suggest how to loose another 2-3 KG weight, specially from belly fat. Rest of the body is in good shape.

Dear lybrate-user let me say firstly you are doing great. But we need to. Know after sometime our body gets used to a particular type of exercise and infact amount of physical activity we are doing. So with time we lose weight slowly. You should try leaving any one or two types of exercises you have chosen and start something new of your interest. Secondly your night meals should be lightier than day food. Eat more in d day time n less in d evenings. Cut out honey if possible as it has equivalent calories like sugar though has health benefits. All d best.

Your diet pattern seems to be fine. Try cutting the night milk with honey. Milk has fat. Continue with the same pattern of exercise.
