Hi lybrate-user, Sitz bath with Betadine lotion 2-3 times daily. Take lukeworm water on a tub and put 5 ml of Betadine lotion and remove your pant and undergarment and sit on the tub. U will do this till pain subsides. U will get lots of relief.
