Hii mam .ma self sheet from karnataka n am a student age of 22+ with height 5 3 weight 56 .ma wish is to become slim n wear western dresses but due to belly fat ma abdomen as wide shape. I need some suggestion so tat I can loose ma belly fat please.

you should do abdominal exercise .don't take rice at night and don't take oily food. drink more water in a day. to reduce tummy, lie down on flat surface raise your legs with out bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times. you can consult me privately online on lybrate I will give you more suggestions.
