Hi lybrate-user Just a diagnosis of a bicuspid aortic valve is not a restriction for normal activity. What is to note is if there is any narrowing of the valve or other associated problems in the heart. If it is just bicuspid valve. He can be like a near normal child with annual echo investigation as advised by your cardiologist.
