Actually I was talking too much tablets and smoking regularly, after getting married, when I am doing sex, my semen is taking longer time than usual! I'm still 24 years old! I know delay ejaculation is not good for my health!

Hi, first stop smoking. It's a big enemy not only for your lungs, brain and several other organs, it also causes erection problems in the long run. Similarly self-medication and excessive use of medicines unless really warranted are detrimental to your health including sexual health. Stop these two! And then consult over phone - me or other sex therapists to discuss the delay in ejaculation. It needs eliciting a lot of information from you, before suggesting means to overcome it. Best wishes.
