Try to identify the triggers that lead to anxiety symptoms like some situation or event may make you anxious. After identifying the triggers you may start identifying ways to deal with that situation or event may be distracting yourself during that situation, helping yourself by giving yourself positive feedback like you will be able to deal with it effectively. You are a confident person etc. Try using deep breathing exercises which will help you reducing anxious symptoms.
Try these things if things persists consult a Clinical Psychologist on one on one basis.
