Dear Sir, I was having a Diet plan from last 2 months Age 32 years! Morning Breakfast, Afternoon lunch and night Only Fruits. I ve a worry if I continue only fruits in nights, Do I get a diabetes, if I want to ve fruits which are the best to Avoid diabetes, please help.

Please do not follow any strict diet plan. Just eat simple traditional homemade food with 2-3 fruits and vegetables daily. A balanced diet is essential for the body and mind to work efficiently. Avoid all bad habits. Start exercising everyday. It can be simple walking/jogging or any sports. You can also do yoga along with the exercise. Go slow and have patience. Drink enough water (10-12 glasses of water - more water if you are thirsty ). Sleep on time for 7-8 hrs. Soon the body will become more fit and energetic.
