I am pregnant 6 weeks and my hemoglobin is low .plz suggest me some food fruits to increase my hemoglobin level.

Fruits and vegetables like pomegranate, tomato, beet root, spinach; ragi flour, jaggery, etc are rich in Iron to help build up haemoglobin. But get a blood test of hemoglobin to ascertain the levels for grade, severity, type and cause of anemia (low hemoglobin) and further treatment can be based on that.
