I am pregnant of 3 months. At the end of 12 weeks there was bleeding. What should I do? Is this a risk to my baby. Pleas answer me quickly.

This bleeding could be bcz of low lying placenta or some other issue, it would be better if you get a dopplers Ultrasound done to confirm for babies well being and thereafter decide for the course of treatment to be taken. You may though immediately start with pregnancy support pills to avoid any complications.
