hello sir , take high fiber diet. have small and frequent meals. do brisk walk and cycling daily.take luke warm water before and after meals.take luke warm water with aloe Vera juice empty stomach early morning.take good amount of veg and salad.don't skip your meals.avoid sugars ,fried food, junk food,oily food, maida products.
