I am very confused on the Jelqing workout. Some site states that Jelqing should do around 100 reps, some says 50 reps. Please tell me the exact number of reps and how many times in a day we should do Jelqing. Does Jelqing increase length? I prefer to do Dry Jelqing over Wet Jelqing. I do Dry Jelqing with stretching combination and around 25 reps. I also do Kegel at early morning for PC strength. Can I get a big penis with Jelqing or should I have to change in my workout routine. My diet is simple Indian diet (Both Veg and Non-Veg) and I also go to gym to perform weight training workouts and cardio for fat loss. My penis length is 16 cm (when erect). Hoping for your immediate and kind response.

Penis will not really increase and it is your genetic nature and length has no relation with sex or fertility . YOu already have good length
