hi, excess of everything is bad. A little stress motivates us but excess of stress takes a toll on your physical as well as mental health. Just try to relax. Tell yourself that The world is not going to stop if you slow down and give some personal quality time to yourself. If you can't relax by yourself then you may either meet a counselor in person or may take a session from me over telephonic counselling.
