I am at starting phase of diabetes and not taking medicine but controlling with routine n exercise. How much is this safe.

This is good thing to control without medicine. Lower your intake of water. Have a max of 1 ltr water in 24 hrs. Maintain a gap of min 6 hrs in meals. Have less tea & coffee. Lower stress. Have chandraprabha vati 2 bd for 1 month before food.
