We have sex without any protection all is going fine intercourse time is also enough for both but still she is not getting pregnant we have tried almost 5-7 times but still same and we are now around 20-21 years can you help me please let me know any possible reasons if their is any?

Do attempt intercourse during fertile period (between 10th to 18th day of your partners menses) Even if after 3 months, if you don't get results, then do some basic tests like her sonography and your semen analysis.

For female; yes, you know pregnancy can only occur if we do sex on ovulation day. You must note that ovulation (egg formation) occur once only in a month. We have to calculate that day which is usually 14 th day in 28 day cycle. Simultaneouly you have to take tab. Folvite daily. For male check your semen analysis from good laboratory.
