Hello Doc, I have acnes and bruises on my face and some white dots (possibly milia) covering down side of my eye section. And rashes in my sides of nose which when dry turns up like a white dirt. This problem has been since a very long time. I had in past used up facewash (not regularly), but that did not resolved up the issue. Regards.
